The Enterprise Rent-A-Car brand, in particular, plays a unique role in supporting mobility and infrastructure needs during times of emergency, providing local transportation alternatives when natural disasters strike, such as hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires, floods, or hailstorms. In fact, Enterprise is prepared and staffed to respond quickly and seamlessly, to move vehicles into affected areas, and to help insurance companies, utility companies and government agencies get the disaster recovery process under way as quickly as possible.

Mary began her career with Enterprise in 1985 as a management trainee in Florida and has taken on many leadership positions within the company throughout the past 34 years. In 1994, she spearheaded efforts to develop and implement Enterprise’s Automated Rental Management System (ARMS®) which received a patent and was trademarked by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. ARMS has continued to streamline the rental process between insurance companies, auto repair shops and Enterprise’s extensive network of neighborhood branch offices, and in turn, has simplified the process of managing replacement rental cars for policyholders.
