IBIS Leading Lights
IBIS (International Bodyshop Industry Symposium) is delighted to unveil its new series of thought leadership-based webcasts – Leading Lights.
So much has been said and debated on coping strategies for business leaders in the auto collision repair industry to steer their way through the choppy waters of the global pandemic.
With attention now turning to a gradual return to normality and economic recovery, IBIS has designed Leading Lights to inspire all members of the IBIS family and equip them with the knowledge and insight to lead their businesses back to health.
Each Leading Lights webcast will feature a luminary speaker who will tackle the issues, present solutions, and galvanise action around a topic or set of topics relevant to all sectors of our industry.
The first two Leading Lights are Frederik Bisbjerg, chief strategy and business acceleration officer at Noor Takaful and Eric Devos, president, GiPA.
Insurance expert Frederik discusses the impact the pandemic has had on both insurance companies and bodyshops. He explores what is happening right now and the changes businesses need to make to survive the new normal.
Eric meanwhile looks at the effects and consequences Covid-19 are having on the automotive aftermarket based on the output of GiPA’s surveys carried out on the automotive parc and aftermarket consumer behaviour.
