IBIS announces alliance with best-selling author

IBIS is delighted to announce best-selling author and international conference speaker, Jeff Smith, will be a significant part of the IBIS journey in 2019, presenting at both IBIS Middle East 2019 in March and the IBIS Global Summit 2019 in June.

As the number one best-selling author of The KPI Book, Jeff Smith is regarded as the world’s best business improvement strategists. With more than one million words being published and book sales exceeding 100,000 copies, Jeff is one of the most generous and prolific contributors to KPI and business development in the automotive industry.
