Troy Weaver is President, Global Refinish at Axalta Coating Systems, where he leads the company’s global Refinish Business, strategy, and innovation initiatives. He brings more than three decades of experience in the automotive coatings industry, having started his career with DuPont Performance Coatings in 1992 and progressing through a series of sales, marketing, and business leadership roles. Prior to his current position, he led Axalta’s North America Refinish business and played a key role in expanding partnerships with major collision repair networks, multi-shop operators, and dealership groups. Troy is a recognized industry leader, a two-time recipient of DuPont’s Marketing Excellence Award, and a former Chairman of the Board of CIECA (Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association).
