Tanya Sweetland, senior strategic advisor to MAP Investco – Women’s Industry Network

Tanya serves as a senior strategic advisor to MAP Investco, a family office founded by Paul Antony, the founder and CEO of Carproof and other automotive industry businesses. Tanya leads several key initiatives for MAP, including operating roles within the portfolio.
Prior to joining MAP, Tanya spent over 25 years working in and leading product, data, operations and technology teams delivering estimating, claims workflow, glass repair, vehicle valuation, transportation logistics, FNOL and total loss solutions. She has been a WIN member and volunteer for several years and currently serves on the board of directors. She believes strongly in the WIN mission to attract, retain, and develop women to collision repair in order to support industry sustainability. Tanya earned a bachelor’s degree from George Fox University.
