Silvia Pansini is responsible for the Strategic Control Activities of the Claims Department (audit, recoveries, fraud and supply chain management) at ITAS Assicurazioni. Previously Silvia held the role of Supply Chain & Organizational Processes Manager.

Before ITAS, Silvia was Claims Control Manager, Head of Operational Efficiency of the Claims Department at RSA Assicurazioni, after having excellent results as Head of the unit dedicated to recovery.

Graduating in Law, she practiced law and became a lawyer and was head of the Legal Department of Faro Assicurazioni and, previously, Claims Adjuster at the same company.

A flexible, open, curious person, Silvia has built a transversal role in the management and control of claims processes on robust and consolidated technical-legal foundations: she represents the reference figure in the management of the external claims network (lawyers, doctors, experts, body shops).

Gifted with excellent social skills, she naturally and spontaneously relates to the interlocutor, managing them skillfully according to the assigned objectives.
