Mel’s auto body experience began from a very early age. At her father’s collision repair shop in Vancouver, she learned the business from every aspect first as a bookkeeper, then moving into operations, marketing and management. “I love creating a great shop environment where customers feel confident trusting their vehicles and employees are excited to come to work.” Outside of the shop’s business hours Mel can be found on her SUP in Long Beach, on the golf course or out on an overseas scuba trip. Mel is also current president of the California Autobody Association – Los Angeles chapter.
