After completing her initial training as a Mechanical engineer and a brief career in the automotive industry, Nadia quickly integrated the world of automotive repair.

23 years of experience in this ecosystem, starting with an insurance role in the automotive division of Maaf Assurances, followed by a technical position at CESVI France, which is the technical research center of COVEA.

After holding various positions and managing different projects related to automotive reparability, Nadia currently leads the technical team and oversees research activities and their operational implementation.
