Fabienne Guérin has been Group Chief Human Resources Officer of Jean Rouyer Automobile since February 2020. It reports directly to Jérôme Moinard, Chairman of the Management Board and member of the Management Committee.

Jean Rouyer Automobiles is a group with more than 60 sites in the Grand Ouest region with 14 brands and 1600 employees. Since 1982, the Group has been developing in car distribution and rental. Now led by the second generation, the Group continues to invest regularly in innovation and new market opportunities.

Fabienne Guérin has held HR Director positions for more than twenty years, notably at NEC Computers France & Europe, after a career still in HR at Matra Automobile and OTIS.
