Dave Smith has worked in the collision industry since 1989. Dave worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car for 24 years. Starting as a management trainee before being promoted to VP of strategic sales solutions in 2011. During this time, Dave was an integral part of the team that saw Enterprise’s insurance replacement business grow to a $3.5 billion-dollar business.
Dave’s responsibility included the development of workflow tools and pricing strategies, as a result of which Dave was named an inventor on 10 US patents.
In 2014 Dave joined the Caliber Collision management team. During Dave’s tenure, Caliber has grown from $750 million in revenue to a $2.2 billion-dollar company.
Dave was promoted to senior vice president supply chain strategy in May 2017. Dave is focused on building long term partnerships and processes which help all parties achieve success.
