Busi Maile is the managing director of C3 Auto Body Repair Academy, an accredited testing and training centre in the Free State Province, and an executive member of the OFS Smart Repair Group.
With almost 10 years in the motor body repair industry, Busi started her career as a founding member of NF Apprentices under the auspices of Auto Body Specialists.
Prior to that, she was the development manager for the Student Sponsorship Program, a prominent South African public benefit organisation.
Busi is passionate about talent development for the MBR trades and capacity building for the industry as a whole.
Her qualifications include a business management undergraduate degree from UNISA and an MBA post-graduate degree from Wits Business School.
