Branden began his career at 3M in 2008 as a technical service engineer in AAD. He was responsible for the auto care segment, supporting core business into auto retailers. He then became an application engineer for AAD Abrasives and Power Tools from 2010-2020.
Branden is currently an AOEM application engineering specialist, acting as liaison between 3M and global manufacturers’ aftersales service and repair teams. He focusses on repair solution specification testing and qualification, process development and application best practice recommendations for OEM body repair manuals, TSBs and service campaigns.
Branden has a BSc in automotive engineering technology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
