Bahrain National Insurance Company B.S.C. (c). BNI is a leading insurance company in Bahrain, with over 50 years of experience in providing large and medium industrial and commercial insurance, as well as personal insurance products such as Motor, Home, Travel, and Domestic Help.

Eman has been part of the BNI story since 1995. Her 28 years of technical and business experience have enabled her to break glass ceilings, becoming the company’s first female CEO—and Bahrain’s only female CEO of an insurance company.

She is also a board member of IASSIST Middle East WLL, and INJAZ Bahrain. Additionally, Eman is a nominated Ambassador of IBIS (International Bodyshop Industry Symposium). In this role, she engages with various stakeholders in the Bahraini automobile industry to ensure participation in IBIS events both locally and regionally.

Eman holds an MBA from Strathclyde University and a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Bahrain. She also holds an ACII certification in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute, is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute and is a Certified Productivity Improvement Practitioner (CPIP). Her passion for learning and development has led her to complete several technical and management courses, including a series of personal development, coaching, and mentoring programs.

Eman is a visionary leader and has established herself as a major contributor to the progress and advancement of the Bahraini insurance market, both domestically and regionally.
