Chris Cotterill has 30 years’ experience in the Motor Industry. He started as an apprentice in Vehicle Body Repair in 1994, qualified in 1997 and spent 5 years working as a skilled technician in the accident repair sector. Chris then moved into a Trainer/Assessor role in 2002 to teach and assess Accident Repair apprentices. In 2003, he was working for independent training providers spending 14 years at the Toyota & Lexus Academy where he taught and assessed apprentices, before progressing to manage the whole apprenticeship programme, all technical training programmes. Chris joined the IMI in 2017 as their UK Business Development Manager and currently works with a team of BDMs to take IMI products and services to international markets.
