Dry in 20 minutes at 40ºC, or 10 minutes at 60ºC using up to 40% less CO2.* A-C-24 Ultimate Speed Eco Balance Clear Coat, by Glasurit.
Glasurit, the premium refinish paint brand of BASF, introduces an innovative clear coat that brings a whole new level of process speed and reduced energy consumption. Formulated to ensure the highest product quality, and the shortest time to polish at 40ºC, the new clear coat meets the highest requirements of modern bodyshops.
Since 1888, Glasurit has stood for the highest quality combined with social and ecological responsibility. This latest clear coat continues to support customer growth, helping them become more competitive while, at the same time, improving their environmental footprint and driving overall performance.
Introducing AraClass A-C-24 Eco Balance Clear Coat – delivering a unique combination of exceptional drying speed, lower energy consumption and enhanced profitability. For the first time, bodyshops are able to cut their usual drying time in half – with the clear coat ready in just 20 minutes at 40ºC, or in 10 minutes at 60ºC. It not only lowers energy consumption but hugely increases throughput. When combined with our undercoats, this lower temperature process is perfect for electric vehicles as it reduces their exposure to excessive heat. Plus there’s no extra hardener needed for the basecoat, reducing costs. This new clear coat is manufactured using Glasurit’s advanced new Chemcycling technology by Eco Balance. It uses raw materials created from recycled waste tires to replace fossil feedstocks. The recycled feedstock is attributed to the certified clearcoat through a mass balance approach. This contributes to a circular economy with up to 40% less CO2 per KG of product.* Elevate your sustainability and your bottom line with AraClass.
