Licenciado en Ingeniería Química por la UCM, Programa de Desarrollo Directivo en IESE, Programa Ejecutivo de Negocios Digitales en ISDI y finalmente Programa de IA aplicada a la estrategia empresarial en MIT
Desde sus primeros pasos, Francisco ha estado relacionado de alguna manera con la industria del mercado de la posventa del automóvil, ya que su padre era empresario en nuestro sector y propietario de un taller de reparación de chapa y pintura de tamaño medio.
Al inicio de su carrera profesional en 2006, Francisco se incorporó a 3M en la división de reparación del automóvil y, desde ese momento, ha ocupado diferentes puestos de responsabilidad creciente en ventas, marketing, y gestión, lo que le ha dado la oportunidad de estar en contacto con muchos talleres, distribuidores, escuelas, proveedores, y líderes de opinión clave de nuestro sector en España, Portugal, además de otros países europeos.
Actualmente, Francisco dirige el negocio de la división de reparación del automóvil de 3M para la región sur de Europa, que comprende Francia, Italia, Portugal y España.

Since the beginning of his life, Francisco has been somehow related to the automotive aftermarket industry as his father was an entrepreneur in our industry and owner of a medium size collision shop.
At the beginning of his professional career in 2006, Francisco has joined 3M in the automotive aftermarket division and since that moment, he has been moving through different positions in sales, marketing, application engineering and management that has given him the opportunity to be in contact with many bodyshops, distributors, schools, suppliers, stakeholders and key opinion leaders of our industry in Spain and Portugal and beyond.
Currently, Francisco is leading the Automotive Aftermarket Division business at 3M for the South Europe Region that includes France, Italy, Portugal and Spain.
