The IBIS Global Summit returned to Vienna from 16-18 June, bringing together senior leaders from across the global collision repair ecosystem for two days of thought-provoking content, lively debate and valuable networking.

Welcomed by IBIS Conference Director Robert Snook and Head of Sales Suzie Scott, with Sean Carey and Dave Smith guiding proceedings as co-moderators, delegates explored some of the biggest issues facing the industry today and the opportunities that will shape its future.

Under the theme ‘Connecting Changemakers’, the programme focused on the decisions, technologies and leadership strategies that will define the next decade. Discussions ranged from industry consolidation and the race for scale through to the growing influence of AI, data and software-led business models. Delegates also considered the future of repairability, sustainability and the evolving relationships between insurers, repairers, OEMs and technology providers.

What made the event particularly engaging was the willingness of attendees to share experiences, challenge perspectives and contribute to the conversation. The refreshed format encouraged greater interaction, ensuring that the discussions continued well beyond the stage and into the networking sessions.

  • IBIS Global Summit in Lisbon (18-20 May)
  • IBIS DACH in Berlin (14-15 September)
  • IBIS Middle East in Dubai (16-17 November)
