2.00pm – Who will Repair the Future?
Skills Profiles and Capabilities Needed in Changemaking Leaders and Teams.

No strategy is deliverable unless you have the capability to implement it. As repair complexity increases, attracting, developing and retaining the future skillsets needed has never been more important than it is right now.

But where is the leadership mindset, what’s front and center for the Changemakers right now? What capability challenges are keeping them awake at night and how do we address those?  What risks and threats are being ignored and where do we need our capability to be better if we are to be fit for future?

Key topics

  • How the role of a Changemaking leader is changing
  • The critical leadership skills that will be needed by Changemaking leaders
  • Where are the biggest capability gaps and how do we close them?
  • What emerging skillsets and capabilities are occupying leaders minds today?
  • Leading new team models – who and what needs to be on the team now?
  • How do we attract and recruit future skillsets, instead of just replacing todays?

Changemaker Question

What capabilities will Changemakers need to bring into their business to repair tomorrow’s vehicles safely, accurately and confidently?

3.00pm – Networking Coffee Break

3.45pm – Is the future for the French collision repair market already written?
…Or can Changemakers change it?

Lightning Conference Session with a series of 6 minute lightening discussions on different perspectives.

Changemakers are the masters of uncertainty. Changemakers lead while Change watchers watch them get ahead and Change victims just try and cope with whats left.

Changemakers from repairers, insurers, OEMs, suppliers and industry organisations share their perspectives on the key decisions that will define the next decade and the number one change that is needed to secure the future of our industry for all.

Changemaker Question

If we could make one change today that would have the greatest positive impact on the French collision repair industry over the next five years, what should it be?

4.20pm – Closing Remarks.

The conference concludes by revisiting each Changemaker Question and summarising the Changemaking actions and opportunities that emerged throughout the day, to provide delegates with a call to action to take back to their businesses, while also setting the direction for future IBIS discussions.
