Mark Crawford, the Caliber director of quality, has grown the brand’s standard of quality in collision repair across the country. Today, he leads the team which is instrumental in ensuring Caliber repairs are done to OEM manufacturer specifications.
Mark’s passion is working with autobody technicians and team mates to develop future leaders and striving to improve the industry as whole.
Mark has been with Caliber since 2017 when he came on board to manage the Caliber estimate compliance team. He first entered the autobody collision repair industry in 2004 as an insurance adjuster with Geico and The Hartford.
