Tanya Sweetland leads the strategy and teams responsible for OEM engagement, partnership and the Caliber Standard of Quality programs.

Prior joining Caliber in 2024, Tanya co-founded a startup with the mission to drive safety, trust and transparency into vehicle repair by making repair research and planning easier, faster and more effective for repair teams in the US and Canada.  She joined OEC in 2021 to lead OECs collision strategy and the Advanced Repair Technologies division where her team delivered the RepairLogic repair planning platform to market in 2022.

In the last 30 years, Tanya worked in and lead product, data, operations and technology teams delivering repair, total loss and APD claims workflow solutions.  She currently volunteers as Chair of the Women’s Industry Network which exists to attract, retain and advanced women in collision repair professions.  Tanya earned a bachelor’s degree from George Fox University and lives in Portland, Oregon where she is the proud mother of two adult sons and a teenage daughter.
