Michael Giarrizzo Jr. is president and CEO of DCR Systems, which delivers outsourced, OE Certified, turnkey accident repair centers based on lean manufacturing principles. Through strategic partnerships and its unique and patented applications, DCR Systems streamlines workflow and creates consistency with traditional auto body repair, creating wins for all stakeholders.

DCR Systems has six operated locations and four licensed partner locations across multiple states. Under Giarrizzo’s leadership, DCR Systems has developed and implemented specialized tools and technologies including Collision Clarity, a unique software application that documents and validates repairs and is designed to build trust through transparency for all. Additionally, Giarrizzo founded Calibration Connection in 2022, to meet the rising need for calibrations in modern repairs.

A third-generation auto body repairer, he refers to himself as a “lifer” – having received a lifetime sentence to the industry of which he has served over 40 years. In addition to his role at DCR Systems, he currently serves as a board member of the Society of Collision Repair Specialists and the Ohio Board of Motor Vehicle Repair.
