Dave is the Managing Director of Gemini Accident Repair Group a multi-award winning, industry leading repair group with 31 sites across the UK, employing over 680 employees. Dave is also the Chairman of AutoRaise, the UK industry charity that aims to solve the skills shortage crisis by finding and recruiting new apprentices into the industry. Dave began as an apprentice panel beater himself and has progressed in his career, to now be a notable industry leader.
