Bart De Groof brings over 26 years of Automotive Refinish experience, including five years as a bodyshop manager. As Vice President of Axalta Refinish Marketing at Axalta Coating Systems, he sets the strategy for the Refinish Business Unit and leads key functions including Segment Marketing, Pricing, Training, Value Brands, Equipment & Packaging, Product Portfolio and PMO. Before joining Axalta in 2019, he served as European CEO and Group Commercial Director at the Innovation Group. He holds an MSc in Strategic Management from Cranfield University and speaks Dutch, English, French and German.
