A graduate of Queensland University of Technology (QUT) with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Ramiro has built a distinguished career characterised by leadership, innovation, and impressive operational achievements.

With seven years of extensive experience in the panel industry, Ramiro’s expertise has been recognised through his success in the Future Leader’s Program at the Australian Motorists Association (AMA), where he was a proud recipient of the prestigious award.

Ramiro made a significant mark early in his career by being the first university graduate to complete the graduate program and rise to the position of Center Manager within just nine months. His leadership skills and business acumen shone brightly as he successfully managed one of Australia’s largest non-driver repair facilities. Under his management, the facility handled the repair of 50 non-drive (towing) vehicles weekly, generating business revenue exceeding 9 million AUD and a net profit of over 1.1 million AUD.

Throughout his career, Ramiro has demonstrated exceptional capabilities in managing and operating diverse sites. He has effectively dealt with multiple insurers and various types of work, including drive-in, non-drive, mixed, and stolen and recovered vehicles.

In August 2023, Ramiro expanded his professional horizons internationally by operating in Malaysia. His ability to adapt and thrive in different markets highlights his versatile skill set and commitment to excellence in the panel industry.
