Diplômée en comptabilité et contrôle de gestion, j’ai débuté ma carrière comme contrôleur de gestion chez Mondial Assistance avant de rejoindre d’autres secteurs d’activités qui m’ont ouvert l’esprit sur différents axes d’analyse. J’ai travaillé au sein de holdings internationales où j’ai apprécié de participer à la conception et la mise en place d’outils de suivi et d’analyse pour accompagner la stratégie, aussi bien au niveau du groupe que des filiales. Mon expérience en audit de procédures m’a permis d’évaluer les risques, d’échanger avec les opérationnels pour comprendre leurs problématiques et participer à l’amélioration de la performance des process. Depuis 2012, j’ai intégré l’entreprise familiale, la carrosserie « Garage MorheT », où j’assure la fonction de Responsable Administratif et Financier en supervisant notamment la gestion des sinistres avec les assurances et participer à la stratégie de l’entreprise.

Graduated in Accounting and Management Control, I began my career as a Management Controller at Mondial Assistance before moving into other business sectors that broadened my perspective and analytical approach. I worked within international holding groups, where I enjoyed contributing to the design and implementation of monitoring and analysis tools to support strategy at both group and subsidiary levels. My experience in process auditing allowed me to assess risks, collaborate with operational teams to understand their constraints, and contribute to improving process performance. Since 2012, I have been part of the family business, the auto body shop « Garage MorheT », where I hold as Administrative and Financial Manager, overseeing notably claims management with insurance companies and contributing to the company’s overall strategy.
