Srisu Subrahmanyam is a transformative leader with 30 years of global executive experience driving growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence across automotive, airlines, technology, distribution and supply chain industries.
Srisu currently serves as CEO of Repairify, Inc., an automotive diagnostics and repair technology company backed by Kinderhook Industries. Prior to this, he was EVP of Operations and President of Services & International Markets at OPENLANE (NYSE:OPLN). During this tenure, he also drove a transformation office, and was a key contributor to the $2.2B sale of ADESA to Carvana. Earlier, as COO of ADESA, he restructured the business through COVID into a digital-first marketplace.
Before OPENLANE, Srisu served as Global VP of Engineering at Ingram Micro (NYSE:INGM), where he led the supply chain across 150 logistics centers in 30+ countries and helped position the Supply Chain Solutions business for a $2B sale to CEVA Logistics. His earlier career included COO roles at BrightPoint Americas, Chief Procurement Officer at Career Education Corporation, and nearly a decade at United Airlines (NASDAQ:UAL), where he founded the Office of Continuous Improvement.
Srisu holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (India).
