AkzoNobel names new CFO

AkzoNobel has appointed Renier Vree as new chief financial officer of AkzoNobel Speciality Chemicals.
Vree arrives from Arcadis, where he held the same role.
AkzoNobel is in the process of selling its Speciality Chemicals division, worth an estimated £8.86m. It says it is considering both private sale and legal demerger, and is talking to multiple parties.
