BYTON and FAW sign agreement

BYTON and FAW (First Automotive Works), stabilize its partnership by signing a cooperation investment framework agreement.
BYTON, an electric vehicle manufacturer, and FAW a Chinese automotive manufacturing company, signed the agreement before the start of the 2018 Beijing Motor Show.
FAW will join the fundraising of BYTON as a strategic investor. In future, both sides will cooperate further on product research and development, manufacturing, sales, and services.
FAW has resources and experience in product research and development, manufacturing, sales, and supply chain management. The cooperation with FAW will also provide support for the delivery of BYTON products.
The partnership between the two companies is BYTON’s latest milestone in its development and will aide in the company’s shared strategic vision on smart NEV industry development.
