    Regulators in the USA have expanded the recall of vehicles with defective Takata airbags by five million. This latest development adds to the large-scale recall of vehicles fitted with Takata bags.   • Toyota remains top-selling carmaker

    Toyota was the world’s highest selling maker of new cars for the fourth consecutive year. The Japanese company sold 10.15 million vehicles in 2015, which was slightly higher than expectations, although it did see a fall of roughly 0.8% from its 2014 sales.     Symach has just designed, built and delivered its first FixLine bodyshop. The FixLine formula, which includes staff training, enables the bodyshop to repair 120 cars per week.
