Debbie is the executive vice president and general manager of the Auto Physical Damage (APD) business unit. In this role, she oversees an organization dedicated to bringing expansive solution and service offerings to customers while pioneering new standards and benchmarks in the auto physical damage claims and repairs markets. Debbie has more than nineteen years of technology strategy and operations experience to her credit, as well as a passion for delivering product innovation and enabling terrific customer experiences.
Prior to joining Mitchell, Debbie was the chief operating officer and senior vice president at ClosingCorp, and has also held executive positions at ACTIVE Network and CCC Information Services. Debbie holds a BS in Systems Analysis from Miami University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
