International Car Tech & Mobility Summit

Electronomous in partnership with Mobility X report on the International Car Tech & Mobility Summit currently taking place in Killarney. World Class speakers from the tech world together with the auto industry, research community and stakeholders in connected cars, autonomous vehicles, alternative power trains and mobility are in Kerry for the event.

The event is hosted by the original Top Gear presenter and motoring rights campaigner Quentin Willson.

Jeff Aherne, Electronomous co-founder and director engineer, Cartell.ie said, ‘The discussion has moved to mobility, in its various forms, and how technology is shaping the changes we are already seeing around us in this sector. This requires the involvement and attention of governments around the world.’

Already the leading car technology event in Europe, the event attracts C-level Industry executives, engineers operating with OEMs, owners and operators of lease or rental fleets, regulatory bodies, insurance companies, technology providers, product developers, telecommunication operators, car sharing and automotive mobility solutions providers.

This year Electronomous has announced a new stage – curated by Mobility X Conference. the Mobility X stage, which runs parallel to the main stage at Electronomous. The Mobility X stage will host some of the world’s leading figures in self-driving cars and mobility. It is a gathering of global autonomous vehicle leaders featuring executive level automotive professionals from across a range of industries. 

The event provides a unique glimpse at how technology will affect the automotive industry, insurance industry, car finance industry, car sales, motoring and mobility into the future. It also offers an opportunity to network with industry leaders and leading experts in the fields mentioned above, while also providing a great platform to create new business relationships.

Celebrity and racing driver Michael Fassbender will lead the gathering when he speaks Friday in a fireside chat with Quentin Willson.
