Lucian has been involved in the refinish paint industry for 26 years. His career in the industry started as a paint laboratory technician. This role was followed up by involvement in technical support, training and various sales positions throughout Africa.
Lucian is currently the National Sales leader at Axalta Coating Systems South Africa.
To see the industry evolve over the many years through various technologies, systems and innovative products is encouraging. And to be involved in this process is encouraging to Lucian.
