PPG – Palme d’Argent IBIS Partner in the Spotlight

IBIS (International Bodyshop Industry Symposium) is delighted to shine the spotlight on its Palme d’Argent (silver) partner PPG with which it is collaborating on the preparations for IBISTV Global Summit to be streamed live over the Internet on 17 December 2020.
With a 130-year heritage as a global leader in paints and coatings, PPG is a true innovator with many industry firsts to its name. It developed the world’s first low VOC waterborne paint system and marked the introduction of nanotechnology into the refinish industry. PPG also developed the first UV Speed Primer plus the world’s first primer to use recycled PET plastic flakes as a raw material.
Most recently, PPG continued to build on their legacy of innovation with the launch of an inventive paint mixing solution: MOONWALK™. This easy-to-use helps bodyshops to reduce product waste, save productive labour time and transform the mixing room into a cleaner, safer and more attractive environment thanks to PPG latest innovation.
Both PPG and IBIS are actively embracing the new digital era. For IBIS, it has been a move to deliver its regional conferences and Global Summit online using the latest tools and techniques in creating the end-to-end conference experience in a virtual environment.
