Service King geared for apprentice intake

Service King Collision Repair Centres has welcomed the next wave of apprentice technicians to its apprentice development programme.

Forty aspiring technicians are set to join the programme (15 November) at ceremonies across the country. Highlighting the day is a group of 11 apprentices set to take part in a Signing Day celebration in Houston at UTI’s campus.

‘The entire Service King Family is thrilled to welcome the next class of talented technicians to the Apprentice Development Program,’ said Jeff McFadden, Service King president. ‘We are driven and passionate about investing in the next generation of repair technicians. This week is another exciting step forward in the ongoing positive impact this program brings to both our technicians and the industry as a whole.’

Service King’s Apprentice Development Program, launched in 2015, provides young technicians with unparalleled hands-on training with the industry’s most experienced technicians. Service King intentionally caps each 52-week class at four apprentices, all guided by a dedicated full-time supervisor in the form of an experienced Service King technician.
