Sika Automotive has been recognised as one of Ford Motor Company’s top suppliers in South America.
Ford recognises its best partners annually with its Top Supplier Award and Sika Automotive was presented the award in the category of Raw Materials and Stamping.
The Top Supplier Award is the highest distinction Ford conveys to global suppliers across 13 categories – including Exterior, Body and Interior, Chassis, Electronics, Powertrain, Powertrain Installations, Raw Materials and Stamping, Packaging, Services, Logistics, Equipment, Accessories, and Truck. Recipients are evaluated based on a variety of indicators for quality, cost and contribution for cost reduction, product development, customer service, logistics and production.
The 2016 Top Supplier awards for South America were presented at Ford’s global leadership meeting in São Paulo, Brazil.
