Amador Rodriguez has a diverse background in fleet management, logistics, and organisational development. He is the director of fleet and facilities at Vecttor, part of the Cabify Group, a position he has held since June 2022. In this capacity, Amador is responsible for overseeing a fleet of 2000 vehicles and managing infrastructure across multiple cities, including Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Sevilla, and Málaga. He also plays a pivotal role in managing services and procurement for the organization.

With over six years at ILUNION, he successfully optimized a fleet of more than 315 vehicles, managed a large team of drivers, and implemented various cost-effective strategies while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and compliance with industry regulations.

Amador’s leadership extends to his CEO role at INVERSIONES GHZ, S.A., where he excelled in real estate promotion and retail management. He holds a degree in Ingeniería de Sistemas and actively participates in community service.
