Erin graduated from the University of Michigan with a BSE in Chemical Engineering. Joining 3M Collision in 2020 has allowed her to broaden her knowledge of repair processes and to apply her skills to improving them. As an application engineer, her priority is representing the voice and experience of the modern body technician, especially during product development. But Erin also provides support for 3M’s portfolio of body repair materials – primarily adhesives and sealants – used in shops around the globe:  performing product testing, engaging with automotive OEM’s, and setting the stage for the changes needed to keep pace with advancements in vehicle design.
