Kong Wai Kwong gained diverse career experience as a Director at Ipoh Soo Kee Motors Sdn Bhd, he has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. He is also part of the establishment team for Ford USA BodyShop in Malaysia in year  2000, He is currently also an automotive trainer, he previously conducted the  Proton R&D training on Proton Preve in 2007. He also taught Collision Theory  at the Road Transport  Academy at Melaka in 2019.  These experiences honed his leadership, project management, and technical training skills and deepened his understanding of the automotive industry. This have help contribute significantly to his organisations and develop him as a professional.
