A proud Oklahoman, Kyle entered the automotive space in 2014 with a mission to modernize outdated systems, elevate operational standards, and disrupt the status quo. Drawing from experience in manufacturing, product design, and process development, he brings a strategic and operational mindset to every venture he leads.

Kyle is the founder of one of North America’s largest and most advanced collision repair centers—an innovative mega-hub with over 20 OEM certifications that has redefined large-scale automotive repair and reconditioning. His company, Swift Collision, is built on a culture-centric, employee-first philosophy where people come before profits and innovation is powered by purpose. Under his leadership, the company is setting a new benchmark for how vehicles are repaired and, more importantly, how technicians and staff are valued and supported.

Prior to Swift Collision, Kyle scaled an online automotive startup 10x in just two years and pioneered the first wholesale automotive certification model for fleet and dealer services. He has also launched forward-thinking solutions, including a software company and a body shop tooling and robotics initiative that enhances operational efficiency across the industry.
