Mike joined 3M in 2018 as an Application Engineer supporting AAD United Kingdom & Ireland.  During which he learned the breadth of 3M Automotive Aftermarket Division’s offering and launched key products in the region.  In 2020, Mike moved into a Platform AE role, specific to supporting Paint Finishing Systems, both globally and aligned to the EMEA Area. He has recently moved to the UK&I team as a Senior Application Engineer.

He is recognised as an expert in his field as proof of his Top 30 under 30 award by Bodyshop Magazine and is the current WorldSkills UK Automotive Refinish Lead Judge and recently EuroSkills Workshop Manager for Car Painting and becoming a Fellow of the Institute of Motoring Industry (IMI).
