Paul worked for Aviva for 23 years, most of which was in Supply chain and Procurement for the Motor Claims market, managing claims spend exceeding £1bn and navigating changing market dynamics. Since leaving 7 years ago Paul has operated as a business consultant (Associate Director, Industry Insights) for the Motor claims market and co-owns Trend Tracker, which produces monthly data & insight reports on the UK Vehicle Repair Market (and now the Home claims market) to many of the Top 20 Insurers, key suppliers, large repair groups and investment businesses. In his spare time Paul is a football coach for a successful Ladies football team in Norfolk, England.
