Ramon Lopez joined Allcat Claims Service, a leading tech-enabled provider of outsourced end-to-end claims solutions for insurance carriers across the U.S., in 2022 as the chief operating officer. In this role, Ramon is responsible for providing accurate, high quality and service driven claims products across the entire platform, which includes Allcat and several sister companies that also provide auto, commercial, flood, and home lines claims adjusting.

Prior to Allcat, Ramon served in positions of increasing responsibility culminating in the role as the interim chief claims officer for USAA, where he led nearly 7,000 claims professionals who provided best-in-class service for the military community. At USAA, Ramon focused on making insurance simple, easy, and most importantly, relevant to USAA members. His career demonstrates a track record of providing innovative claims solutions leveraging digital capabilities and modern, cloud-based claims systems. He is passionate about building diverse teams and sees this as the most significant competitive advantage in the insurance innovation ecosystem.

Ramon received his bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
