IBIS USA session five zooms in on the talent crisis

Collaboration at all levels is necessary to find a solution to the talent crisis. Partnership between industry and education is essential as we work toward a cohesive standard for training our future technicians, change perceptions, and revolutionise the industry. During the fifth session of #IBISUSA2022, delegates will hear from board members of the Collision Engineering program, and industry members, on the need for collaboration between education and industry.

Speaking in this session are John Helterbrand, National Program Director, Collision Engineering; Jennifer Boyer, Director, Strategy and Collision Business, Ford Motor Company; and Ty Gammill, SVP, Caliber Collision.

Join us in this important session to help shape the future of auto collision repair by tackling one of the most critical problems of the industry.
