29 Years in the Automotive Refinish Business. Experience includes, Senior Leadership positions in Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Distribution.
As Vice President, Jim is responsible for Axalta’s Refinish Business in EMEA. In this role, it is critical for him to monitor market trends, communicate the implications of those trends and build the long-term strategy for sustainable growth.
Jim joined Axalta in 2013. During the past 7 years Jim has held the roles of Sales & Marketing Director- North America and Vice President of Sales-Global Refinish.
Prior to joining Axalta, Jim held the position of Vice President of Business Development for North Americas largest PBE distributor (FinishMaster, Inc.).
A graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Affairs with a concentration in Business Management. Jim is Chairman of the Board, Axalta Russian Coatings. He currently sits on the International Bodyshop Industry Symposium (IBIS) Steering committee. He also served as a Trustee for the Collision Industry Foundation from 2010-2014.
