How is technology helping more efficient supply chain communications and decisions and what would happen if we changed behaviours rather than the process?

Recruiting and retaining staff is still an ongoing issue, not restricted to the collision repair sector. So, what are other industries doing to overcome this problem and what can we learn from them.

2.15pm – Shifting Culture

Claudia Morgillo will take the opportunity to share a different perspective on the collision industry labor crisis. How we got here, and ideally how we get out.

Claudia invites you on a journey of discovery, where we’ll examine our humble beginnings and see how humans were built to survive the tests of time.

By exploring important elements of our human behavior and biology, together we can better understand who we are, how we got lost along the way and why we might be our own worst enemies.

The discussion will cover our collective culture, and its possible side effects on us and the labor crisis.
