With the ongoing liberalisation of insurance premiums, we will be looking at how the market as a whole is progressing, what are the stumbling blocks and what can we learn from other markets around the world. With the rise in vehicle technology and needed repair capability, will new cost pressures require a more dynamic pricing system? Are we still on track to give more choices (through innovative products) more efficiency in claims services and overall more transparent and fair premiums.

2.15pm – Cost of EV repairs

Unless you are touching the battery, how many of these vehicles will be repaired like an actual car? Has it been overhyped? EV vehicles are changing the face of the traditional collision repair shop infrastructure. As the technology progresses, which it will continue to do, collision shops need to be well prepared for the impact. What new technologies can we expect to see in the future and how will this affect not only the repair and repair data but staff training too
