Dr. AISuliman has held numerous leadership positions in various sectors, such as telecommunications, banking, investment OPS and more. He is an accredited expert in global project management and mergers and acquisitions. He has been involved in the development of numerous corporate projects.
Prior to his appointment at Najm, Dr. AISuliman served as vice president of corporate development at the Saudi Telecom Group. He’s previously held several leadership positions, including that of Chief Operating Officer with multiple institutions such as investments and business services.
His earlier experience included several executive and leadership positions including vice president of the operations and support services division at Arabian Securities, director of business systems development at Jadwa Investment, head of investment group systems at Arab National Bank, and several other prominent positions in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and USA.
Dr. AISuliman holds a PhD in strategic management and information technology from Peter Drucker Business School, a master’s degree in information systems and technology from Claremont Graduate University in the USA and a Bachelor of Science in management information system from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabia.
Dr. AISuliman is a specialist in transformation and change management for organizations looking to develop their strategy and business models.
