Dedicated to bringing the right solution to each customer, OEC works tirelessly with the marketplace to fully understand the unique needs of each segment of their customer base.

Located in Cleveland, Ohio and with a long history in the North American markets, OEC has served both the US and Canada since 2000. With an additional head office in the UK, OEC is looking forward to bringing its bespoke solutions to the European marketplace in 2019.

The unique way OEC builds and develops relationships has insured they remain at the forefront of technological advances. Looking back, in 2007 OEC pioneered the first automated parts program between the insurer and the automaker and introduced online “conquest” programs to the mass market with CollisionLink in 2008.

OEC has been nominated on 3 occasions for the prestigious PACE Award for superior innovation, technological advancement and business performance among North American automotive suppliers, most recently in 2017 with the launch of MyPriceLink.  A real-time, dynamic pricing engine, MyPriceLink is revolutionizing the way in which parts prices are released from the manufacturer and delivered to the marketplace.  Originally launched with General Motors in 2015, Ford Motor Company has successfully rolled the solution out across all their US dealerships in late 2018.

Primary solution CollisionLink works with 23 OEMs (15 in the US, 8 in Canada) offering 29 OEM parts programs that help increase accuracy in parts selected, reduce returns and improve communication. Used by over 8,000 dealers and 10,000 shops, CollisionLink is the number 1 parts procurement system in body shops across North America.
