HR professional with 22 years of experience in Aviation and Telecommunication. Abdulla Isa Al Majed has studied Management Information Systems at the University of Bahrain. He has a high belief in the essentiality of the human factor and working in teams to come up with creative organisational development solutions to maintain a people-centric and performance-driven organisation. He has successfully managed a multi-companies development plans through sustainable and customized procedures for Gulf Air aviation Group including Bahrain Airport company, Hala Bahrain, Jet fuel.

Mr Al Majed is proud to be nominated and chosen to be part of Bahrain Airport Modernization program, he was given the opportunity to be the main point of contact for training and development for all the airport stakeholders to maintain the alignment between operational and maintenance partners in the technical development activities and AMP familiarization sessions.

His mission is to build human capacity by fulfilling the gap between current skills and the desired ones and he strongly believes in human force abilities when they get empowered and the success is when they grow with you in the journey.
