Bashayer has over 15 years of experience in PR, marketing and digital marketing. She joined BNH in 2012 as a corporate communications manager.

Following the completion of her bachelor’s degree in management and marketing from the University of Bahrain, Bashayer joined Citibank Bahrain where she spent over 7 years. Her last position there was marketing manager and assistant PR manager.

Bashayer is currently senior corporate communications manager and ESG officer at Bahrain National Holding B.S.C.
